How to Select All Messages in a Yahoo Mail Folder

To select all of a folder’s messages in the full-featured version of Yahoo Mail:

Scroll to the Folders section, then select the folder you want to open. Select the check box that’s located above the messages (you’ll find it next to Compose). Alternatively, select the arrow beside the check box to reveal a drop-down menu. Select All or one of the other options to select specific messages. Use the toolbar to archive, move, or delete all the messages. Select the ellipses (. . . ) for more options.

The Yahoo Mail Basic interface is a little different.

Go to the My Folders section and select the desired folder. Click Select All. Select Delete, or select Actions to reveal a drop-down menu with more options.

The process for selecting all messages in a folder is very similar in the Yahoo Mail app:

Tap the Menu icon (it’s located in the upper-left corner). Scroll down the side panel, go to the Folders section, and tap the folder you wish to open. Tap the check box in the upper-left corner above your messages. Tap the icons at the bottom of the screen to delete, move, archive, or star all messages.
